Spontaneous Sunday Brunching At Vintage

One of the things I love most is getting in the car and pulling up the "Diners Drive-Ins & Dives" list or looking on TripAdvisor to find somewhere I've never dined before. My friend and I have done this several times. He usually gives me the town or city and I'll do the research.

Today, we stumbled on a gem in Frederick County, MD called "Vintage." It's located in a beautifully renovated historic building that we learned was about 300 years old. It serves elevated comfort food with warm hospitality, craft drinks and some potent $3.00 mimosas!

Vintage is in the same area as the Liganore Winery if that helps with geography. The town is called "New Market" and the restaurant serves all locally sourced ingredients so the menu changes often.

I had the farmhouse breakfast and my friend had the shrimp and grits. All I can say is we were NOT disappointed! So if you're ever in the area or just want a cool new brunch spot then go to New Market and try Vintage!
